Had a really nice stay during my last visit and would highly recommend. Appreciated the comfortable bed and very large TV in my twin room.- Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offerings like coffee, croissants, toast, and cereal.- The hotel's location is fantastic, situated near theatres, bars, and restaurants.- It's only a 10-15 minute walk from The Turk's Head, making it convenient for exploring.

I truly enjoyed the place, everything was good. The location was marvellous - short walk to superb Indian restaurant, and the free water taxi into the station area. Cultural district was definitely worth visiting. The breakfast was good hot, and the staff were pleasant. The service was excellent, I had 2 really special nights here. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

Convenient location right in the city center, so you can easily explore around here 🏙️. Being close to the canals, museums, restaurants, and a nice residential area, everything was within reach for us.

The place was clean with a well-mannered staff. The breakfast food including cereal, toast and croissants was delicious. The location seemed marvellous and easy in the dock area. I had special days staying at this budget hotel.

Bright and clean hotel with attentive personnel
Lots of lovely food for meals. Excellent and unbeatable location in Leeds next to nightlife, pubs, bars, and the Royal Armouries. Very convenient to Leeds Dock

The hotel is not located directly in the city center, but 10 minutes walk outside the river, which is why it is very quiet. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped.
The breakfast tasted good to me, but it was not a "continental breakfast" as it is described online (as long as the presence of a few croissants does not already justify "continental breakfast").
